Terms of Service

This Agreement is between you (hereinafter the “Buyer”) and Individual Entrepreneur “Healthy Himalaya”, BIN (IIN) 810326400860, Taxpayer ID (INN) KZ45UWQ06594022, address: 42, 101 Dosmukhamedov St., Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter the “Seller”), and applies to orders placed on healthy-himalaya.com.

Effective from July 1, 2026. Version 1.0. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the laws of the Russian Federation applying to buyers in Russia and the GDPR applying to EU residents.
